STEP 1: Collecting/Purchasing Your Mailing List
COST: Depends. If you already have a mailing list compiled it's FREE!

A good, solid mailing list is the key to any successful eFlyer campaign, and is really the best way to "market" your piece. If you already have an email list put together, you're already there!

You can also purchase vetted "opt in" lists depending on your needs. Good quality email lists generally START at $800+. Please keep in mind that email lists aren't like traditional mailing lists and it may be difficult, and indeed impossible, to purchase a list that will cover EXACTLY the demographic you're looking for (e.g., you aren't likely to find a good list of email addresses for all commercial businesses in a particular city)

Blind distributions, or purchasing a "generic" email list is not advised!. For starters, you run the risk of being flagged as SPAM by many recipients, and never being viewed. Worst case your server is flagged for spam and they can shut you off altogether.

Regardless of your list, you must include an "opt out" line on your eFlyer where people can request to be removed from your mailing list. This is generally the way you distinguish yourself from the real spam on the web.

PLEASE NOTE: Because of the complexity of compiling and/or purchasing an email list, and the scarcity of good, reliable sources, Total Design Solutions does not get involved in this aspect of the process. We would be happy to advise you as to the best way to proceed when it comes to your mailing list.

STEP 2: Designing Your E-Flyer
COST: starting at $1000

This is where Total Design Solutions comes in! We can design a custom HTML e-flyer that will convey your message and make an impact on your audience. We can design a one-time e-flyer or a cost-effective template for you to use in an ongoing campaign.

The e-flyer will be prepared to be sent as an HTML email, NOT an attachment. This means that people will see your flyer as you intend it to be seen when they open their email. There are no attachments to download and open, or to get "stuck" in ever increasing spam filters.

Basic e-flyer DESIGN ONLY starts at approx. $1000... generally FAR less than the cost to design a professional print brochure, with NONE of the additional printing costs involved. Plus you have the ability to have your e-flyer easily updated for future mailings (no more being stuck with cases of obsolete brochures!)

STEP 3: Distribution
COST: Depends on which option you choose.

Here you have a couple of options. You can control the process yourself, by purchasing a program such as Constant Contact®, that allows you to control your distribution list and send your e-flyers out at YOUR convenience and as often as you wish.
